These are used only to monitor the voting process: a vote sends a small snipit of information to the browser and, once that vote is successfully counted, it is not possible for the user to vote for the same image again from the same browser.
Email confirmation
Email confirmation is a potent voting protection. This setting is used so that every single non-registered user must confirm his vote by email address. Emails are compared with already used emails in the voting process, and it is not possible to vote for the same image from the same email address twice.
Third Parties
Our site does not include functionality provided by third parties. Information submitted by each visitor to kamloopsinnerlight.trubox.ca will not be shared.
Liability
Kamloops Inner Light Photo Contest does not control, nor endorse, or accept responsibility for any competitions, products, data, services, information or content offered by third parties.
Copyright
The ownership of the copyright to any photos uploaded to Kamloops Inner Light Photo Contest remains with the photographer; however, by uploading such content to kamloopsinnerlight.trubox.ca, you are deemed to have given your permission for its use for sharing on our website, printing for exhibition, and for the purpose of marketing of the Kamloops Inner Light Photo Contest competition. If any other use of a photo is required, we will first obtain permission from the copyright owner.
